Resident Review: Closing the feedback loop in UK housing

The Resident Review report marked the launch of our post-occupancy evaluation service in 2022. It summarises the findings of our pilot studies at seven developments across the country.

Our Resident Review is a bespoke, independent post-occupancy evaluation service for developers, housing associations, architects and community groups.

It combines a site visit by our researchers with quantitative and qualitative data gathered from residents (both online and face-to-face). This gives comprehensive insights into how people experience their homes and neighbourhoods that can be used for strategic decision-making to improve existing and new homes and neighbourhoods and better support people’s health and wellbeing.
